Our story
Coffee, and the good life
Boa Vida is Portuguese for 'the good life.' We think a great cup, poured slow by someone who's glad you came, is a pretty good place to start.
It began with a cart. Eder & Megan rolled a little espresso setup into markets, weddings, and pop-ups around the Okanagan, and pretty quickly people started showing up for the coffee as much as the event.
So the cart grew into a trailer. Same two people, same care, just a bit more room to do it and a spot downtown where you can find us most weekdays. The green umbrellas go up, the machine warms through, and Kelowna comes by.
We kept it small on purpose. A short menu we can actually make well beats a long one we rush. BC-roasted beans we believe in beat cheaper ones we don't. And a name we love, "the good life," is the whole point: coffee should be one of the easy, good parts of your day.
The mark
A cup, a peace sign, and a little wordplay.
Look closely at the logo. That's a coffee cup marked B, next to a hand throwing a peace sign shaped like a V. B and V. Boa Vida.
The peace sign isn't just a pun, though. It's the feeling we're going for: slow down, take the good cup, have the good day. That's the whole brand in one little green circle.
